The Phoenix IPA showcases a unique fusion of American Simco, Chinook and Citra hops. A clean crisp malt base allows these hops to shine with a heady aroma of pine and citrus. Notes of fresh cut grass compliment subtle passionfruit flavours with a touch a of spice to round out the brew.

A new young beer style, a west coast interpretation of a partnership between a full flavoured IPA and an Amber Ale. Brewed with 7 different malts for body, sweetness and a ruby red hue, with a unique blend of NZ and international hops. Grapefruit and floral hop aromas are balanced with caramel and malt characters with a hint of spice.

Monteith's Wayfarer Pilsner is a golden straw coloured crisp New Zealand Pilsner with thick hop bitterness and a smooth malty character. Motueka hops give the brew a wonderful aroma and contribute to a pleasantly crisp finish in the body.

Light American Ale malt base to enhance the hop character this style is known for. Bitterness is moderate at 50IBU, and the late hop character is strong, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits from selected American (Simcoe and Mosaic) varieties. Fermented with American West Coast yeast to give a clean base for the hops.
