Steinlager Zero delivers a full flavour that is perfectly balanced with a dry, tangy finish and the crisp, clean bitterness that Steinlager drinkers know and love.

Full bodied with a malty, toasted aroma, this well balanced brew is underpinned by toasted malt and soft caramel tones described by the brewers as a bit like a barley sugar.

What makes our hand crafted Stoke beer taste great is our batch brewing process, with an uncompromising extended aging period of three to twelve weeks. Fragrant Riwaka and Galaxy hops provide a strong clean bitterness that makes this aromatic session ale easy-drinking and refreshing.

Our IPA is crisp and fruity with honey and citrus undertones. More English than American in style, Stoke IPA is tank-conditioned over four weeks to enhance the smooth, caramel sweetness. It is light but a step up in hop intensity from our Pilsner.

Using an extended cold conditioning period and extra-pale malt for that nutty finish, this is a unique spin on the classic pilsner. Crisp and sharp with the right amount of bitterness, Stoke Pilsner has an aromatic sauvin hop finish, grassy notes and fresh aroma evoking images of classic Kiwi summers.
